An odd sighting by neighbours in my street in Wootton Bassett.

Over the weekend I was in Derbyshire at the Birders against Wildlife Crime conference. On my return my neighbour said that there had been a partridge in and around both our gardens. Today another neighbour slightly further down the street showed me a photograph she had taken of a partridge in her garden on Sunday. So there I have it, one Red-legged Partridge in and out of my garden and around the estate. A new bird for the garden list and I didnt even get to see it. (Bob Philpott)
